Returns and Exchange Policy

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll replace it or issue a credit voucher.

Changed your mind? You can return unopened items in original condition within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase.

Shipping charges for re-shipment apply.

How to Return:

1. Take a clear picture of the faulty/damaged product.

2. Email us at skindulgepakistan@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and pictures.

3. Send the item back in original packaging to our Returns Department (address will be shared via email).

4. Once received, we’ll issue a credit voucher equal to your returned item’s value.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch (usually within 24 hours).

If shipped, cancellation is not possible.
